How to Add Live Chat to Any Website in 60 Seconds

The single biggest predictor of whether a small team will adopt live chat is how long the install takes. Anything over five minutes and it slips into "later".
Step 1 — Create an account
Sign up for G.E.N.I.S.E.™ Connect (free tier available). You'll get a workspace and a unique widget public key in seconds.
Step 2 — Copy the install snippet
From the admin panel, copy the one-line script tag. It looks like <script async src="https://geniseconnect.com/embed.js?key=wk_..."></script>.
Step 3 — Paste before </body>
Works on any site — Webflow, Shopify, WordPress, Framer, custom code. Most platforms have a "custom code" panel where this goes.
Step 4 — Customize your brand
From the admin Widget settings, set your logo (URL), welcome message, subtitle, launcher text, and theme. Gold Classic is the default; pick what fits your brand.
Step 5 — Add allowed origins
Lock the widget to your own domains so nobody else can embed it. Use strict mode in production.
That's it. You're live.
